  • All prices listed on our Site are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated, and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
  • Accepted payment methods: Cash on Delivery, credit/debit card
  • For prepaid orders, payment must be received in full before the order is processed and shipped.
  • We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions securely. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
  • In the event of a pricing error on our Site, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

3. Product Descriptions

  • We make every effort to accurately describe and display our products, including images, sizing, fabric, and color details.
  • Due to differences in screen displays and lighting during photography, actual product color may vary slightly from what is shown on the Site.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct errors in product descriptions or pricing at any time without prior notice.
  • Products are subject to availability. In the event an ordered item is out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you and offer a refund, exchange, or alternative product.

4. Order Acceptance

  • Placing an order on our Site constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to our acceptance.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, suspected fraudulent activity, or failure to meet our terms of sale.
  • You will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS once your order is placed. This confirms we have received your order but does not guarantee acceptance.
  • A contract of sale is only formed once we confirm that your order has been processed and shipped.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We aim to process and dispatch orders within 7 business days of order confirmation.
  • Estimated delivery times are 5-7 business days within Pakistan depending on your location. These are estimates only and not guaranteed.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect address information provided by the customer, customs, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Prohibited Uses
